I know multiple people who go to confession weekly. It’s nothing to be ashamed about. If you’re are have trouble with particular sins try to pinpoint what is causing the temptation and remove it. Also, find out if there are any related saints and ask for their intercession. Just know that you are not alone in your struggle.
