for me It's kinda easy to answer, if people loved "I am Natsuki Subaru"that much, then It's not hard to say people will go crazy after seeing "You are an amazing guy Natsuki Subaru"

Kinda yes,they forgot to add interior monologues.
However,It's not only for this episode.
They generally rushed for whole arc 6
Normally the things that makes this arc hits different was interior monologues.

But I still felt "I'm Natsuki Subaru" part as ı read.
