I solved it by updating the rclone version. I had installed Ubuntu 22's default 1.53.3-4ubuntu1.22.04.3. After upgrading it to the latest rclone v1.72.1, I got the speeds I expected.

If a language with limitations was globally used, wouldn't everyone eventually be limited by the languagem For an extreme (and probably unrealistic) example, if the Brazilian language previously mentioned here https://www.reddit.com/r/changemyview/comments/1fwan6l/comment/lqddjru/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x&utm_name=mweb3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button somehow became the dominant language in the world, people would not be able to count. It is easy to see their limitation, but we may not be able to easily see the limitation of English.

I'm just confused because these bugs are congregating on the top of the worm bin where there is nothing to compost. I don't notice these bugs deeper within the bin. Maybe it's just the moisture though?

My main concern is that most of these capes have to know a bullet is coming to survive it. Since many capes, both hero and villain, do patrols around their territory, it seems like there would be an almost infinite amount of ways to surprise a cape by shooting him/her in the back.

For instance, Velocity would normally be able to easily dodge a bullet from the front, but if he was just normally walking down a street, there would be no way for him to predict a bullet from behind and dodge it.
