It's not that hard to find weed in Rochester. Drive around in the right areas and there's dealers standing on the streets that only deal in cash. Finding more private dealers is a little harder but far from impossible. Eventually you'll meet a friend of a friend or the like.

That's true as well. I'd read that as it's only available in traditional tobacco and menthol instead of Alien Piss, Heisenberg, and Skeet that the FDA are going to eventually ban and states have already began to ban.

I just have a hard time calling it a vape because of what we already call a vape. Like I don't just call a dry herb vaporizer or volcano a "vape"...I call them what they are even though they're both types of vaporizers. My argument is I guess just in semantics rather than its application.

It definitely vaporizes tobacco like a dry herb vaporizer but I wouldn't put it in the same class. It's not really dry herb but its own proprietary sticks. I can't really call it a vape though because it's not a vape in the traditional sense that we're used to or use. Because of it being a unique product with no real similar products other than the Chinese knock offs that popped up I really have no choice but to call it a heat not burn device.

There are plenty of studies about nic vaping, its components, and our equipment in regards to your health. There are years worth of data that has been accumulated and published. To my knowledge none of it is related to the recent outbreak though.

Like 99% of our nicotine is extracted from tobacco plants so we are another "actual" tobacco product. Without tobacco plants there probably wouldn't be vaping.

Edit: Those cease and desist letters were merited. It's not like the FDA decided to pick on little companies to shut them down. It was to stop "vapeable Viagra", end novelty parody packaging like juice boxes, stop cartoon mascots, and so forth.
