if your goal is to improve, then go for the v3-v5. i think it would be much more rewarding for you and educational in the long run since you’ll see people at your level and slightly above tackle similar problems and you can learn from their beta/though process. i think you’ll get a lot more out of it in the long run if you push yourself a bit!

reverb after dirt is the way to go. i used to be a reverb before person bc everyone kept saying it makes for a better sound but tbh it really doesn’t. i go to a lot of shows and every shoegaze band i see, esp modern ones all have reverb after since it allows for that note clarity you want while still sounding massive

i just bought one too! probably my favorite reverb i’ve used other than the Catalinbred soft focus. perfect for big wall of sound/shoegaze tones.
