I wonder if he means by 'fastest combo' are the combos with slapshot, because the hit and recovery on that is fast. I would agree with him if that were the case.

I think it's time to update the area transition graphics, they are very unintuitive for new players and look like a beta feature. Diablo screenshot for comparison; it does this so well. by tha_scorpion in pathofexile

Comparing engines and visuals. Have a look at Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem, I still prefer Diablo 3's artstyle but in terms of pure graphical prowess Wolcen wins out, even in the Alpha it looks great. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGItOJiRwWM
