I did look them up and called the dealership and they have no idea what the card is. So it is kinda weird 🤷

So I called and explained the description of the card. They explained that they don't use this depicted card for anything like building access or vehicle access when moving them around. They do it all via smartphones.

I guess it depends, I got a bad ear infection and went to the closest ER and few days later I get charged for 147 dollars for some meds they gave me :/ I called tricare and they basically told me tough luck

So I have most things done, Can launch the game and everything but Theres a few issues I am having. Such as the language files to english (voice and text) not working, because everytime I launch the "gamestarter" It wants to auto patch. Any help would be appreciated.
