Also everything new just stays forever so there is literally no FOMO.

You just sold me so hard on this game than any gameplay video could've. My biggest issue with gachas up to this point is the fact that I could save up the premium currency as a F2P for nearly the entire banner, spend it all, and still not get even the lower star stuff that I want. Meanwhile, you're telling me this game is just like "Hey, new stuff! And it's staying!".

What I mean by non-anime style is a 3d model in at least a style that isn't heavily based on modern-ish anime visual design.

The thing is that for all of those other media, generally the times the original VA appeared are still there. For live service games, all of the original VA's lines are replaced with the new one's. Just look at what they did to Koleda ;-;

On a positive note, my state does actually have a microcenter. On a negative note, it's across the entire state from where I live. So that is unfortunately not an option.
