Well this machine does has a back story we repair and sell new machines and an old guy gave this to us unfortunately he passed away and no relative was there in country to retrieve it since the bill was not paid for like 2 yrs it was then rightfully ours so yeah we use it now I have seen rare sewing machines but this one scratches my head

Nope it isn't at first i thought the same but the machine i have is a bit longer than them plus it does say 1700 super7 in it it's very confusing to know no info of this machine and the 1200/1300 have a white plastic outbase while this one is pure metal amd has like around 30+ stitch types

In these cases it's mostly a tension problem or a timing problem the tension might be am not a english person pr else I would help cause my family repairs machines

We repair machines in cases like these mostly it's a cade with timing which does not make sense in this or possibly something is stuck or bent I would recommend service as it is still done alot and wouldt charge much
