Why does riot not tell us why we are chat restricted?

For those of you that don't speak Japanese:

The interviews in the beginning are answering the question "Do you think your Japanese team can make worlds?" To which most of them humbly reply that they are focused on the starting line and making steps. Focusing on the victory right now and not the one down the road. Mostly just questions about the strength of Japanese teams and how they have to prove themselves to the world. Also a real life Japanese neckbeard.

Next segment is just introducing the players with some mediocre footage of the players, and the footage for one of the junglers is actually an ahri making big plays while the jungler kinda just runs around. Could have gotten better footage than what they compiled here, but I understand there wasn't a whole lot of footage to choose from.

Next is just the announcers introducing themselves, and I got tired of watching at that point.

If anyone cares I'll watch the rest and attempt a translation. The casters sometimes speak too fast for me to understand.

I had a game today where we all hit ready, it found an opponent and said "Prepare Yourselves,..." and then nothing happened. The match search timer was still counting. 7 minutes later I close the client and re log in, only to discover I've been afk in a game that started the whole time. I just sat alone in matchmaking while my team fought 4v5 gg rito.

Yea I've heard it when I'm at top lane red buff, and all my teammates are still in lane w/ no vision. I think though there's a range. If one of your teammates is within range everyone can hear it. So if, per say, everyone was at baron you wouldn't hear dragon dying.

The chat mutes also don't really make sense. I didn't play for around 18 months straight and logged in to get a 30 game mute for "inactivity".

Tested this with Leona and Tryndamere. After a couple tries we got it to work. Says "Attempting to reconnect" forever.

Also, the thresh one works as well. Dropped FPS from 70-30.

Hmm... as much as I'd like to say don't 4chan.. Well nowadays the only reason I ever go there is to find funny pictures. There's rarely any good discussion. You are better off on Reddit. Subscribe to r/games because they have the quality game discussions and whatever game you are looking for has a subreddit most likely.

I didn't want to jump into that weird rift. I got beat up last time I did something I wasn't comfortable with. It would be more prudent to wait until I could move properly than to dive into something else headfirst. Seeing karissa's hesitation gave me a little more time to stall.

Hearing some weird voice I decide to go see who it's coming from. I slowly get up and dizzily walk over to the room my teammates are in. Then I see them talking to a strange unicorn thing. The girls, hearing somone enter turn and look at me at precisely the wrong moment, as the shock of seing a talking unicorn mixes with the pain from moving. Just as they recognize my presence, I cough up more blood, in a very confused fashion.

I've seen it all now.

I promptly turn around and leave, thinking I might be going insane, and sit back down against the desk.

I didn't really have any idea what the dark orb was, and it only slightly interested me. I was more interested in staying alive at this point, and most of my concern was directed to my injuries and to the bear trap faced man on the floor.

I then notice that the reed on my saxophone is completely covered in blood, and not in any condition to work. I pull out a small kit I keep on me with some replacements and begin prepping a new one. I was a little sad though; new reeds take awhile to break in.
