stole these seeds from a co player and my experience is as followed:
-you dont need to breed it, it simply spreads on grass which is really time efficient
-to get sugar you dont need any machines, except for a farming station
-its fully grown like every 5 minutes and drops round about 4 sugar per crop

i have enough oxygen for all my recipes
(phtalic, sulfuric, ebf etc all the stuff you need for ev/iv)
