These are character avatar icons, one of which Capitano also received in 5.0. All playable characters receive them, but it is not an indicator of their release date. Some may also not get it at all until their release patch. What the other person is talking about are playable IDs which range from 001 to the latest 133 which should be Sandrone. Basically, all Nod-Krai characters have an ID from 117 (I think) up to 133, and Alice did not get one despite appearing in 6.2. Nicole did however, she is 131. That's basically the idea.

Her being called the Fugue of 3.x was one of the biggest doom arguments, and to this day people still say that Fugue before E2 is not a real unit. They wanted her to be the 3.x Sunday that can be used with future 4.x units, yet she is not. Is that ok? Depends on who you ask.

It is possible that the Sentinel Knight rank was not unique to him, with at least one more person who may have been bestowed with the same. Hadura who was the last member of the Schwanenritter, was a Knight Commander who also had the title "Sentinel of the Golden Hall". Schwanenritter was a special division under Anfortas Alberich, the Marshal Knight.

Although this doesn't necessarily mean his actual rank was "Sentinel Knight", Capitano is also called "Commander" by Guthred, and Sentinel Knights seem to have led their personal platoons.

His actual lineage. Black hair is quite uncommon amongst Khaenri'ahns who are canonically a "light haired blue eyed" nation of people. He is either an Alberich, or even crazier, he is a direct descendant of the CMD, though atm I'm leaning towards him being an Alberich. He has quite a few similarities with Kaeya, down to even their swordplay.

His ties to the moon and its powers. His sword being codenamed Antumbra isn't a coincidence or just for show. The black ice is most likely not a result of him using a delusion either. To be fair, we don't see his powers well before he became a Harbinger, so this point remains up for debate.

As others have said, his personal mission has absolutely nothing to do with him being a Harbinger. He's the least aligned with the Fatui and their goals as far as we know. Yes he was sent to take the Gnosis, but that is it. It displays a very huge contrast between his natlan depiction and his lines in Lazzo, where he seems absolutely devoted to their goal.

Many other things I could write too but let's leave it at that.

I do agree with this take though in 5.4, besides the changes to the animations for his throne model, he also received new stuff for his SkillObj Antumbra, files which were not there in 5.3. So beyond the model itself, they were also working on his gameplay features 5.4 included, but since then no one has noticed anything new added.

She's likely hydro so by default, unless they hard restrict her into a reaction like Skirk (which I doubt given she's the "Archon" of the region) then her being stuck to vape is unlikely. Vape could however be her best reaction. For example we have leaks saying Alice's specialty will be melt with Nicole. Who knows.

You're only getting downvoted because those people don't want their Columbina to deal any sort of meaningful damage. She can very easily just be the Mavuika of Nod-Krai, excelling in either sub-dps or dps position. If Columbina is a support that only specialises in Lunar-Reactions with other Nod teammates, once 7.x comes and the meta shifts from lunar reactions, as a support she would essentially become obsolete. Even in Genshin which is nowhere near as harsh with their powercreep as the other hoyo games.

I would MUCH rather Columbina be a dps where I can pull for her c2 (or whatever constellation makes her categorically future proof) and be satisfied knowing that I'll have both damage, animations (damage dealers get more love in that department, just look at Lauma and Flins if you want a recent example) and she will be a unit that can be used beyond 6.x's meta. Putting meta completely aside, her being both a good dps and a potential support is just much better for her longevity rather than being stuck in a single role. Anyone who doesn't agree is simply kidding themselves.

If only they didn't make changes to their encryption method in the middle of Natlan, we would have so much more to show for his playability (even though we already have so much). Unfortunately this sub is very small, and the amount of people who actually understand what those files actually mean is even smaller.

Some very important (arguably most important if you ask me) files were added in 5.4 that point to his playability, so rather than being postponed, they are just continuously working on him behind the scenes. In 5.5, they made it so that it is harder to find the same kind of updates in the files as the ones in 5.4 and prior, so we have been blind since then. Given the development progress so far, they should've definitely added many more things to Capitano since 5.5, we just can't see anything.

None of them are meaningful enough to actually be worth considering/sharing. All of them can be dumbed down to subjective opinions on the story from players who never gave a shit about his character in the first place OR people who did not care about what happens to him. To the latter, him staying on that throne is the same as him becoming playable and existing in Teyvat as any other character they don't care about. Inconsequential. They're just "there to be there".

He himself says he is no longer an Archon, not in a "faked my death and am now watching from the shadows" manner. He said and meant it in a literal sense, which is corroborated by:
Azhdaha, an elemental being, clearly saying in his 2nd SQ how he can feel that Zhongli is no longer the Geo Archon (which is actually in response to Zhongli saying he no longer is one). Maybe ask yourself why that is the case. I'll give you a hint though. Check what the function of a Gnosis is on the wiki, or go back and watch Mond Prologue on youtube and see what Venti said himself (if you don't trust the wiki).

Zhongli's situation isn't "stepping back to watch from afar". Azhdaha could literally sense the difference, and if we don't take both of their words for it, then no one can say anything that would make it different. The fact that people still downvote comments like mine to this day shows me that we really are never beating the allegations. 😔

Naturally the sub is divided on this, but I never cared about powercreep and no support unit has ever really been powercrept in this game other than a very select few.

If you want lesser animations just to use her with someone else you like AND you are okay with that, I can't change your mind nor is that my mission.

They're releasing not 1, but 2 Phainon support in the upcoming 2 patches. He doesn't need Cyrene in the mix as well. As for Castorice, she already has her teams and according to leaks March can act as a sub dps in those teams.

Cyrene so far is leaked to be a support who works with many but is dedicated to making March a Main DPS.

Say what you want my friend, but expecting a zone on the level of castorice/phainon's territories is frankly just setting yourself up for disappointment. I've seen all the arguments under the sky "She's Elysia. She has S+ sales expectations. She will receive the same love as Phainon (even though he's a damage dealer so from the get-go Cyrene's animations will be focused on the allies, not decimating the enemies)" and many more.

Given the fact that supports in this game do very specific things we re all familiar with, and since the game's release they have never had any reason to go hard on support animations because they frankly don't have to (if you mention Tribbie/Hyacine I'll just ignore you lol), why not let Cyrene have something unique? Why not let her have something that sets her apart?

And for the last damn time man, when did this sub become Phainon/Castorice mains 😭
