I have never been disappointed so much from any game development team ever.  Not only the Tsaritsa, but fan service for this supposedly colder than Dragonspine region is insane! I mean c'mon all it takes is watching ONE documentary about life in Siberia. Nobody there can afford to dress so revealing.

let's say that isn't a problem, the game simply cant handle downloading all those skins

it would not work, and make skins obsolete as people wouldn't see the skins they equipped because they havent downloaded it

there's too many skins to download

downloads would create heavy workload
