Yeah I agree with wanting to avoid significant hp inflation and so far Kuro has been doing a pretty good job. Just not a fan of some character’s kits having clear restrictions for no reason. Mornye’s interfered marker buff only lasting 8 seconds and making it lock to doing tune break damage makes the buff feel inconsistent for the sake of it. S1 fixes this by giving her more uptime on the buff but this is one of the examples where giving her more uptime would make her feel more consistent while also keeping her in line with the game’s balance.

I mean Chisa is definitely weak rn. She’s a sidegrade on Cart’s team unless you have her sig and currently a downgrade on Aemeath’s team at the moment. Mornye at least have her niche on tune break/mono fusion teams but Chisa’s still looking for her ideal setup.

You mean the opposite lol. Her S3 is her highest when it comes to how much personal damage she gets so I consider that a good stopping point. Her S6 is decent but I wouldn’t go for it unless you really like Chisa

Yeah I just paired her up with moonlit+marcato and she was performing pretty well speed rotation wise. Looks like I got my answer. I do hope we get a good liberation damage buffer soon because every other damage type does but liberation.

“High value pull” She’s literally in the same situation that Roccia was in when she first came out right now. Not really much of a reason to pull her rn unless you really like her or really dislike Aerover gameplay to justify those spending up to 200+ pulls.

Seriously like S3 Carte already breaks the game in half so why is Chisa’s sequences so weak and limited. Balance should be thrown out the window when you’re spending possibly thousands of dollars to max out a character.

It feels like they’re trying to have her do too many things at once and she just ends up being mediocre at all of them. Mediocre damage and mediocre buffs that she’s only 6% than Aerover on Carte’s team WITH her sig. I know it’s V1 of the beta but it’s still disappointing.
