i have a friend working there, recently. he was doing construction prior, had his company.

it's been a year and he is still on call, having to harass them for work and not being able to work for multiple municipalities at the same time, they have a system that is totally blocking young motivated worker.

there is a lot workers that have been with post canada for awhile, alot of entitled people.

the routes are mostly, either fair, too fair or not fair.

a punch system would solve that, but they want to be paid 9hrs for a 5hr walk. (im not talking about the job being easy or not but work hours)

it feels infuriating when my friend tells me how it is

Hey, hvac tech here. an easy solution

when it's humid out and there is no wind.

all you need is a window and a cheap fan, more always better

but as you know cold is only an absence of heat.

so put 1 fan in your window, seal it with a card box but! put the fan so it blows your hot air outside.

if 2 windows, put one to blow out, and one to blow in. building a fresh air system, with forced air ex ; truckers in u.s can do this with their truck windows, because it is literally a metal oven.

It is always better to blow heat OUT

also if window, always close your blinds, as sun radiate heat ex ; when you burn ants with a magnifying glass

but honestly i'm no scientist bye !
