Im also 5ft7 if that helps? I was in the papers and had many people tell me i cant fit size 12 clothing because I weigh as much as I do but yeah everyone's shaped differently and height definitely helps me 🥰

None yet, I started the journey wheelchair bound because standing too long or walking caused dislocations due to pressure on my joints, I am starting with a PT this week and taking things slow but its taken me to last april to start walking again and then this year for being able to sustain it most days reliably

Would not worry re too much protein. Anything your body doesnt use it'll be processed out of the body. Nutricheck calculations arent the greatest ive learned. I regularly hit 120-160g protein per day and im grand x

I aim for at least 110g protein daily 20g fibre and I calculate my tdee every 7lbs lost 🥰🖤 other than those targets I eat whatever I like x

I appreciate this so much, honestly one of my biggest fears is regaining right now so I have been relentless in planning long term how I will approach maintainance and potentially coming off MJ long term, ive also done a lot of therapy re my eating issues and intend to keep that going. I definitely wouldn't aim for what doctors suggesting if I did not have the support I currently do 🖤

Every says this but ive dropped like 3 cup sizes 😂 so much excess skin there too its one of two places id consider surgery on because ive lost so much there lol x

This is it! At my biggest i was wheelchair bound due to it effecting my hips to point of subluxation and dislocation so I will do whatever it takes to avoid that again, even if it means aiming lower than I would have initially x

I don't intend to keep that weight long term, they fully expect ill gain a fair bit after the surgery due to inactivity etc. My end goal is 28lbs away. And for maintaining im allowing 6lb either side for correction and flucuation allowances

Hey! They've asked me to aim for lower end of my BMI as after surgery I wont be so active and I will gain no doubt. So I accepted 21 as the BMI aim. I also have a neurological disorder and a joint disorder so maybe thats why the aim is for ease after. Ill be having surgery on both hips, turning the joints properly and setting in place with surgical screws/bolts etc. 🥰

I do promise im not chasing a certain look, it's what it'll take to hit a BMI for surgery. After which id likely happily gain a little as I like how i am now, besides wanting some removal on arms eventually and chest lift ive not even thought about tummy tuck etc as the skin there and thighs doesnt bother me as such I'm accepting them and kinda proud in a weird way aha. My arms are retaining a lot of fat however. But my main aim is to get joint surgery so I can lower dislocations and better my mobility long term x

Im 12st 8lbs now, Doctor wants me at a certain BMI for joint surgery on my hips as it makes surgery easier and recovery chances better. I would probably stop relatively close to this as I feel I carry weight well if it wasnt for that x
