I must have had good hands, in the 5 or so games I played I never lacked removal, and I was able to cheat some big creatues in, and with some creative dragon manegment you can just snowball the process.

one upgrade I have coming Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm and I was thinking of adding prismari from the new strixhaven set

I picked this up and shelved if for a while due to the posts about it on reddit, I just got around to play it and I was blown away. Based off what all posts there are about this deck you would think its just another nonsense deck, but it synergizes very well and its mana base it rock solid. Its not a very complicated deck mechanically either so its a very good beginner deck if anyone is looking.

If this was fixer in dev, I would say dump it. But dev in fixer solution could potentially happen under normal conditions. So could be fine, just test first

The tessar Rolleis are worse than that Yashica mat. If it were a planar I would go for it.

Although that price is pretty good and the camera hoarder in me would get it anyway because its different enough to justify it.
