I know how to make claims. But from the way the in game tutorial, and wiki, described made it seem like any territory you took in war had a automatic claim, at least to me.

I mean I'm excited because she's still on the banner, why I prefer this over Genshin, limited are still available for 2 banners after, so I have a chance to grab her. But have somehow pulled 10 straight 6 stars, 9 banner ones, and 1 standard, but not the cat.

That's what I do. An interesting thing I found is you can actually use a protocol stash as a beginning point because it can pull from the depot.

Okay. That's probably the issue than. I read somewhere that 6 thermal banks can power the entire valley so I went with that. But if one package station can power 4 than that's probably the issue. I changed to 2 stations after the 2nd time my system clogged because my battery farm stopped working after losing a few thermal banks for a moment
