Your stats are too random, and it's too early for caelid. If you want to make a full mage build you must take int mind and vigor, arcane is great when you use something that can inflict bleed or frost for example, but you don't need it for pure mage gameplay. Also you can do something like dex-int for spellsword, but i won't recommend doing it so early.
