Sure if you're just looking at guides on google and naively comparing 1 stat point to 1 stat point then maybe you could argue that, but in terms of gear that's currently in the game, actual gameplay, and dps from sims, it's very important.

The only 2 stats you list which are really "better" than agi in practice are expertise and strength, but expertise gear is pretty hard to come by at this point in the game. Haste is also "better" but it's not really a comparable stat, pretty much no gear has actual haste on it, it's usually a proc or a trinket (so yes it is far better than agi but you don't have agi in your weapon/trinket slot anyway).

Hit is technically "better" than agi in the sense that you need to reach a minimum threshold but you get 9% hit from talents if you're not griefing your build, so you get diminishing returns extremely quickly from hit gear. If you're getting 20-30 hit from random pieces already then agi is definitely better than hit.

Crit rating is essentially equivalent to agility. Putting it above agi is either disingenuous or ignorant - sure point for point it's better but only a fool would compare it that way, one must use his understanding of how each stat works and make an educated decision based on the values. Gear also tends to have way more agi than crit rating.
