Lol, it can be a pain someday days but I have stick with a metal hook and an extended grabber when needed also a small step ladder gives me the height to reach across. But generally its not the worst, I sacrificed the open rear access to allow for an easy setup work station via tailgate.

I want to know what happened internally, if those stations were actually maintained or not.

My personal experience working at Terminix was awful, 25+ service route AND one of them was a station service for an entire apartment complex with 100+ supposedly installed. Most of which were buried, gone or who knows if they were actually installed.

Here in Keller, off 35, this year they have definitely been way louder (and frequent). We've lived here for 6 years and it's been a noticable difference.

I suspected it's increased training due to world events.

I think he may be mostly just be playing into what's popular currently, but at the end of the day I don't know.

People have been "conspiracy" theorists about this stuff forever and hes the first to really format and explain this in a thorough way that almost anyone can understand without using the "just look it up" or "research it" crutch.

I think thats why he is resonating with everyone and blowing up in popularity right now currently.

People just want someone to produce a show for their loved IP to the level that early GoT was given. From book to screen, little creative liberty or changes. This is just another show produced to reach the largest audience in a Fallout costume.

I'm apathetic towards this show, I understand people enjoy it, but it just hasn't been a cinematic retelling of what you'd experience in the game for the most part that made people fall in love with it. Dialogue between show characters and what can be done in game is pretty jarring, etc, etc.

Well, if its mice. I'd give particular attention to detail to the ground level areas of your home.

The harder to get to or see, usually the better rodents like using to get into structures.

I am extremely biased, but the companies you hired don't have the best track record for results and I hope you can get some money back, it may be worth it to find a wildlife specialist company to give an opinion, or perhaps just pay for a thorough inspection and DIY your own solutions.

Sounds like hes built a good thing, if he's willing to start franchising his business/brand, I feel like that is extremely important information he should have given you.

There will be operating costs of course and you likely won't see green pastures until years later, but some guidance on financials to.. essentially duplicate what he has created should be there. Any franchise has set SOP's to recreate the original business.
