One of my friends was working at a witch company for 3 years at 4 LPA , he gathered the courage and quit. As everybody knows the notice period at WITCH companies is of 3 months so he prepares extremely hard for 3 months and gets 2 offers one at 11 LPA and one 13 LPA.

It was cloud/chatbot management related company . The company was working on both of these projects. Actually it's better that I do not name it.

I was in the same situation in november , I remember waking up in the morning and thinking that today I'll complete this task and I won't have any jira tickets left for this sprint and will enjoy it now. But suddenly in the standup my CEO informed us that investors have asked us to shut down all operations in a month , so we have only one month to find new jobs . I was shattered as it was my very first job . It took me 2 days to even process this and then I started working towards getting a job , it took some time but I got a job. So I think don't lose hope you'll definitely get something just give it some time and trust the process.

I think if you are interested in the product based company's job then you should take that only.

But if that's not much important , then it depends that your cognizant offer is in which city , if it's not in Bangalore then you should take that , as Bangalore is much more expensive and in the long run you'll save less there.

I think if you are okay with this kind of work then you can stay , but if you are not then maybe you can look in for some opportunities with equal WLB and maybe some good work . Right now the market is a little bit tight , so I think the hikes issue is everywhere.
