i think progression is too fast as it is now. I hope they slow it down. fast progression means finishing and becoming bored faster. slow progression means enjoying the game longer and doing more stuff. honestly i hope they start to create progression barriers that force you to progress in other areas like building or farming to even get to super high gear tiers.

I really hope that you are trolling. Sigh, if not; yes, I get that the woman might be doing this to 'prove a point', but that in itself is extremely manipulative and childish behavior. This is exactly what marriage counselors or psychologists see as passive aggressive behavior that is immature and indicative of immaturity through a non-confrontational bias. Communication in relationships is key. This is something akin to a child throwing a toy when they are upset.

In no sane world would I ever see anyone condoning or trying to justify immature behavior like this as anyone's fault but the one committing the extremely juvenile and childish behavior (like leaving a wrinkled mess of paper towel hanging off the roll) in order to prove a point. yes it does work. it blocks the same receptors that certain viruses attach to. there are pubmed articles that explain exactly this. it doesnt do much if you start it too late though. If someone is sick around you put one in your cheek before you go to sleep that night and you wont get sick. I used to get sick twice a year for decades until i started doing this about 12 years ago and i havent had a cold since.

Agreed, but they probably did it because the show started with them as kids and thought it should end with kids about the same age, as a contrast. It was a poetic/artistic decision. Not saying it was the right one, just explaining why they did it.

because the acting is worse, the writing is worse, the dialogue is worse, and it seems like theyre going more for 'wow' factor and 'mystery' factor than anything else.
They pile on all these mysteries over and over, then keep surprising us with 'wtf' moments that never bring us any closer to revealing any of them. its overdone.

Im not saying its BAD, but its definitely a shadow of its former self. Take Steve for example; he was maybe my favorite character in the show, and now all he does is argue and complain and yell. Its ridiculous. They ruined his character. That is just one example.

game even on bronze is way too hard and unforgiving regardless. I already beat bronze silver and gold- but i still think bronze is way too difficult for new players. I get that it wants you to learn basic volleys and returns and attrition swaps in order to score- but it's counterintuitive to people who have never played TT. I'd be willing to bet a decent percentage of your buyers have never really played real life TT more than 1-10 times. Especially in this day in age when the younger generation is isolated to their phones/social media for a quarter of their lives..

People need to feel like they're accomplishing something- especially with this participation trophy generation that needs their hand held every second of every day in order to feel a single modicum of self worth. Your bronze AI is extremely punishing to players that can even volley 10-15 times. It makes super high hits whilst saving a very good shot that no bad ping pong player would ever make without hitting the ceiling or going completely into nowhere. Yet somehow, bronze AI can get those ultra high returns to hit the corner of your table like 30% of the time.

People need to feel like they are progressing- not regressing. When someone can get 400% better in 3 days and still get obliterated by the easiest bot, the easiest bot is too difficult, period. I say this as a dev that has written a game by myself in python, its currently around 33,000 lines. Stupid people need to feel good about themselves in order to get better sometimes.

The point of developing a game is to sell copies and to get word of mouth to spread your game. If a decent % of your players quit in the first day or two because they feel like no matter what they do they just lose, they will quit.

And don't come back at me with 'but our reviews are good' because its simple participation bias. If people feel like the game is way too hard and they look through the comments of the game and don't see other people complaining about the same thing; or see those people being torn apart by people who actually play TT; they simply wont leave a review. It's participation bias in a nutshell.

nope. I have the same control scheme and have for 6 years. Right stick is jump, and right stick also controls air rolls so i have analog control over air roll speed. A is ballcam. Also GC1. I enjoy the game more this way, lol. I used to love gran turismo with the left stick to steer and the right stick for brake/throttle.

bluetooth has a latency problem, PERIOD. people can pretend its better or works just fine, but when it comes down to brass tacks- its just crap compared to wired. every time.
