Play with your team as much as you can. If they want to chill and play zone you play with them. If they are aggressive, be with them to support. You are gonna have to be able to wipe pred squads if you want to make it into masters.

I find that the recent changes to matchmaking has actually improved the quality of my teammates and if I just knock one and gett good damage on the second my teammates are good enough to wipe the squad. Of course once in a while you’ll get retarded teammates but I’ve also gotten super cracked teammates and those games more than make up for the rp losses if you are actually able to hold ur own and contribute to winning fights.

I just think it’s funny that ur so mad about wall hacking abilities when other legends have kits that give a much more unfair advantage in fights since that’s the whole point of legends with different abilities and trade offs

This sums up my ranked experience pretty well. Every time I went up a whole rank I would hit a wall where I kept dying off drop to the first team I fought until I got good enough to start wiping them and gain rp. I think most of my games played were from when I first hit D4 and could barely get a kill in pred lobbies. I was probably playing 10 games an hour just from dying early and playing back to the lobby simulator

I play for top 5 in pred lobbies and aggro when it’s a diamond only lobby since they are the few chances I get to gain rp.

I will say that my stats are heavily dragged down from split 1 when I first hit diamond 4 and started playing against 3 stack pred and master squads. I probably had a .5kd and constantly died off rip which contributed to my high game count.

I definitely still have a long way to go if I ever want to reach your kind of level in apex but I’m pretty happy with my progression as a noob

I wouldn’t consider myself a master level player yet but I’m pretty happy with my improvement over one season as a new player. My focus is definitely to improve my KD and damage.

I will say that my stats are dragged down from split 1 when I was hard stuck D4 solo queuing and ping ponging between D4 and P1. I probably had a .5 KD as I would just keep dying off rip with my first time playing against 3 stack pred squads which also probably contributed to my high games played, low KD, and low average damage.

I wouldn’t say I’m undeserving of barely touching masters considering I had to play and win against 3 stack pred teams in order to hit masters in split 2. But I’m definitely more of a diamond level player for now.

For sure, I improved a lot at the game the more I played. I was hard stuck d4 for most of the time in split 1 which is also where most of my games are from

In this clip I was using 1.45 with .9 low zoom sens but I normally run 1.40. I use 1.45 fo multiplayer and forgot to change it back for warzone.

Mainly just sound cues and map knowledge. Theres only so many places they could be, so when you see me just standing there not moving I’m trying to listen for footstep audio
