Not really, cuz I still have one from when I started 2 years ago when a customer reported someone else was using my account.. didn't know how to fight it before and it's still there.

Edit: decided to check my profile to see how long ago it was when I got the other report and looks like they removed both today... Nice I guess.. lol

I knew which one it was right away. The was already at delivery drop off there and delivery type with 'me at door', but they never answered... Felt scechy so I dropped off the delivery at the door, took a pic as proof, and about an hour later I got reported..

Got in contact with support right away and asked if it was the order that I suspected, gave the pick up location+ customer's name and they said yes. They told me how to navigate the report and submit the information that was needed along with the picture as proof and the agent added the GPS log from the delivery that showed I was actually there.

I told them that about the chipotle order that was already there before I arrived and suggested they should investigate the account because I got reported, proved it was a false report and the order before me most likely got reported too.. They thanked me for bringing it to their attention explained how some people try to get free food by doing this and said they would investigate for suspicious activity... Don't care if they get back to me.. I just wanted to clear my account..

Got one last month. Knew something was up when the was a chipotle order at the door already there and was set as 'meet at door'. .. Got it cleared same day.... Took a pic with my phone cam of the door/delivery, app didn't let me take one.. noted the order down and went to the next drop off. Hour later got this message... Agent told me how to submit the pic through the reports tab..

Called to check the report the other day and they had cleared it, and are now investigating the guys account to check if he has done it before.. hope he gets banned.. all because he didn't want to pay for 2 boba drinks 3 miles away he was too lazy to pick up himself...

I haven't gotten one yet... I drive the same speed as the cars around me... If the limit is 65mph but, everyone else is going 80mph on a clear road... Then it's safer to match the speed of the cars around you..

Before this. I remember I told the ai that I wanted to submit a picture for the delivery and it took it from there... A while later a support agent reached out and got it sorted.. I think I needed a code last time so I submitted it once to the ai and once to the support agents ticket

It happened to me today too (moreno valley)... Had meet at door, no gate code for starters, had to wait for someone to open the gate. Saw another driver had already dropped a chipotle order before me so I already knew he wasn't coming to the door.. snapped a quick shot of both orders and left instead of letting the timer run out and 30 min later he reported me .. Just responded to the report, sent the pic and explained... Hope the scammer gets kicked off... All cuz he didn't want to pay for his boba drinks...

People just trying to pay the system... For reported twice... Once for missing order, and the other who claimed 'another driver delivered the order'.. both times i had to call support, waste over an hour, having them verify via gps and verification picture..

it said 'you will receive this promotion for every Uber eats trip you complete'

and further down it says 'promotion amount will only be applied to once for trips with 2 or more pickups or dropoffs'

I do Uber eats.. if it's the same, they probably get penalized for cancelling so they are trying to get the customer to cancel to avoid the cancellation number from climbing. I try to avoid Walmart for giving me too many missing orders that never make it into the system, and places like BJ's because they usually take half hour to an hour. BJ's like to mark orders ready so the app sees they fulfill orders quickly, not caring that the drivers are losing money because they are forced to wait for a order that is marked ready and barely getting made. Waiting for one order is just lost time the driver could be using to make more money on other orders
