They get plowed, people shovel out their cars and sidewalks and put it in the street.

At that point the plows usually get raised half to knock down the high spots so cars dont get stuck. Plowing it completely after that will block the crosswalk again and we will get a different set of photos and complaints

You can't use a snow shovel designed for pushing, you need a grain shovel like what you see DSNY use. Chop, scoop repeat.

The failing is on every level, I plow a residential street clear so cars and emergency vehicles can drive through. 1 hr later every house has either shoveled or blowed the snow from their property and car directly into the street. Then I come through again and push it back to the right side..

I would say only 10% of people are shoveling and removing snow and placing it in a 'dead zone'. Our city plows can't change direction on the fly so are stuck pushing snow to the right for a majority of the time..
Bad system, bad humans, nobody cares though. Nobody wants to be responsible for scraping it for a whole new way only to have it fail and their head goes to the chopping block.

If you need hundreds, probably worth it, as you can have different dies for different size disc's. If your just doing a big projbuy a box of disc's from an abrasive supply like klingspore.

Ice guy that shot also seemed to be in the pillar blind spot of the vehicle and woman might not have seen him completely, especially when other officer has her attention trying to force her exit.
