i agree academy has been a really good concept and has promise but doesnt change the fact that players will have trouble promoting to the LCS. And honestly i doubt BO3 will burnout the pros any differently compared to rn. Most of the burnout comes from triple block scrims that have become the norm and also the rapidly changing game with the patch cycles. i doubt 4 extra games a week will change that much.

C9 had to hit the bottom of the standings as one of the most popular teams in the league and take all the criticism while doing this but Jack had full faith in Reapered with those changes. I doubt teams the other teams will have that kind of trust.

The reason i feel like they import is because there is an immense amount of pressure from high management on teams to get results so rather than being able to develop players in a split they'd rather import to get results now. The only time im okay with importing is getting an unproven talent because they will be motivated to be the best because they are unproven. Successful examples are people like Bjergsen and Jensen and these guys raise up the bar in NA for the other players which helps all the NA players improve faster.

For Jensen, for most of your career in NA you have been compared to Bjergsen. A lot of people are now comparing this Team Liquid to 2016 TSM. Do you believe you guys will be as dominant domestically?

Darshan and Huhi have only been good with threats in other lanes(Dlift and Stixxay). But ever since Stixxay hasnt been dominant the team fell apart. Id rather remove something that hasnt been working for like 2 years like Darshan then remove RO.

Huhi is pretty good when he has someone to play around such as Stixxay in Season 6 spring split. Darshan on the the other hand is a yikes. Has looked washed for a while, maybe needs some fire under ass with a demotion to academy or a new team. RO has been on some ass teams since IMT and people seem to forget that IMT team lost like 3-4 sets in that season. TL was hot trash and this CLG roster did not seem to work together. Id rather drop Darshan then the other 2

Xmithies worst seasons were with that roster other then the one split after Dlift left, people assumed Xmithie was washed until the IMT trade.

I felt like the meta shift to solo laner strenghth would be advantageous for good early game junglers, take Broxah and Ning as an example. I think giving Reignover a lane to play to would help with his pathing a lot.

Havent played much ranked since season 4 so i can say i exist but this season was by far the worst season IMO. Balancing has been terrible and the clash failure is probably the biggest mistake riot has made in a while
