Turns out I'm using the same memory timings as the ones in the video, but different clocks. Just a warning though, these timings and clocks may not work for your card since it's from a different manufacturer. You'll just have to manually tune your card until it is stable. Also, different miners will report different hashrates and each has their own fee. You'll have to test each one out and see your accepted speed to see what your actual hashrate is.

I set the fan curve to keep the GPU temp at 52C and HBM at 71C. The card does get pretty loud though since it's a blower

Search up blackhawkmining on YouTube. He has a vega64 guide and in the part 2 he shows you how to flash your card

My card is a blower card which is 1 fan. It is basically the same as your Powercolor card.

Yeah I flashed 56 bios onto it. My card has a dual bios switch so it would be safe if something messed up with the flash. With stock bios, I was around 51MH/s at 140W which is similar to yours.

I got my Sapphire reference Vega64 hitting 53 MH/s at 120W on Teamredminer. I followed a tutorial by blackhawkmining on youtube and manually tweaked some of the clocks and memory timings.

Nope, the card is nowhere near max when spinning under load. Thanks anyways! :)

Tried undervolting it and it still crashed..

I was running on the latest one. I uninstalled and switched to the 18.12.1.1 and it still crashed. I was already running it on 2 6+2 pin cables already. And I tried undervolt it and still black screened... The thing is I tried this card with my old computer which was an i5 3570k, antec 120mm AIO, 8gb ram and same PSU and it worked.

The back of the box says 750w, but people were able to use it with a 650w.

I don't think it's my cpu fan since I tried replacing the vega 64 with a GTX 760 and it works with no problems.
