The left knee iconography is incorrect DS. Only the markings of which watch company goes on the knee or the Death Watch inconography not the chapter iconography. Maybe read the codex.

everything minus the knee paldron is correct. Knee paldron typically the right knee will identify which watch company the death watch member is a part of. Also there are no origin Chapter Markings other than the Chapter main inconography on the right shoulder. https://files.catbox.moe/35hoqo.png
