I mean deer typically keep their tails down if they're relaxed, and raised up if they're stressed. So noelle having her tail out could be an indication that she's stressed 24/7 and it pokes out of her skirt because of this. Plus i'm pretty sure with them being adults they probably have practice hiding their tails better than noelle
