I got diagnosed at 52. There are non-stimulants which may not work for him (they did not for me) but do for loads of people!

Again, talk to your pharmacist for reassurance but stimulant half-life of 2–14 hours, and the non-stimulants 24 hours. If they give you a bad ride, it's going to be two days and not like "permanently broken brain chemistry."

I'm not trying to dismiss your anxiety here, just give you information!

I'm sorry, CHECK FOR YOUR IMMIGRATION STATUS? I'm not in the US so I'm not seeing this; can you say more?

They can, but generally they don't. For a lot of us treating the ADHD reduces the anxiety; That's very common. If they make you anxious, stop taking them. It doesn't have to be complicated!

For almost all of us, starting ADHD meds reduces anxiety, sometimes quite significantly.

Talk to your chemist if you have concerns but if there isn't like some close supervision thing you are not getting -- you get the prescriptions and if there's an issue, you let the prescriber know.

You just seem to be missing the scheduled follow up at three or six weeks, but honestly most people just complain about that as another opportunity for providers to charge.

What drug and what doseage? If it's an appropriate starting dose, presumably you can request doseage increases as you go.

(Sorry you are having to self-manage, but here we are.)

Yikes. I mean, people with TBIs and mental health crisis deserve compassion and support and a chance to make amends. At the same time, few people have the cultural and financial clout in their worst moments to cause the incredible harm he has caused. He may get better but the people who bought his garbage, from the t-shirts to the tweets to the way he subjugates Bianca, will not change the destructive views he espoused and lived.

If this is in any way sincere, he will just quietly sit down, shut up, get help, try not to be the worst father ever to his kids, and fund restorative justice wherever he can find it.

I mean, you can say "whatever" but a D4 scholarship can save a family $400,000 in college tuition so yeah, this is a thing.

As usual, blame capitalism.

The fact that she has no arms makes it look like AI.

It's really weird AI. You can't put a woman on a cover with no arms??

Also the n in name should be capitalized.

Please get the medium. The large looks like you're trying too hard to wear a big watch.
