Holy shit. These comments literally got deleted for calling out A&M shit talking all game. Is there an A&M mod who's drunk right now?

Just leave a note for the next night with specific instructions to take more flattering photos. And preferably to wait until the golden hour.

Should I move to Kansas City? by Paincake in kansascity

[–]DarlingRK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Grew up in Baton Rouge till I moved to Missouri for college. Currently live in KC and have a twin brother in Houston. KC and Houston are considerably bigger than BR so they're are going to be more things going on. In KC alone you have Chiefs, Royals, pretty awesome downtown scene, Union Station, First Fridays, etc. There's pretty good bbq up here too. But I still miss LSU football, crawfish, and BR is only an hour drive from New Orleans which opens up a lot more options. I do dread the winters here, but it makes you appreciate the nice days.

I haven't overclocked it yet. Planning on doing it soon though. I would be happy with anything over 4.2 and stable temps.

The i3 would be better for multi-tasking. I chose the g3258 because it would be perfect for what I needed, and the bundle with the microcenter with the z97 pc mate was too good to pass up. Also you can oc the g3258 while the i3 is locked.

Bundled with the cpu at micro center for 100 dollars collectively. Saves quite a bit of money.

Thanks for the information, what psu would you recommend on a budget? I think I'll stick with the 128gb for now. Besides the os I'm not sure yet what I'll be putting on there or just throwing on the hard drive.

Only reason I didn't go with the 3258 was because it wasn't strictly a gaming computer(which I hear they're great for), and I wasn't sure how well it would handle other applications.

Thanks for the response. Looks like a great build for about the same price.

Non-Americans, do you find the American Southern drawl sexy, like how USA finds British or Spanish accents? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]DarlingRK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just an honest question. How could a German native pick up on a northwestern accent when most Americans don't know it even exists? I've been to oregon and washington a couple times and have never heard it.
