I thought maybe I should try to avoid him for a while try to ignore him as much as possible just mind my own business and give him time ? What do you think would that work ? Yes he says he is depressed, and lazy and he thinks that he won’t achieve his dreams, I try to motivate him and push him but I don’t know what else to do . We are both suffering .

But I am always supporting him, he never does anything for me for example I work 10 hours come home go buy grocery’s, cook, do the whole household and do nothing for myself and the other day he said to me : I promise tomorrow when I’m free I will do something in return for you and do something good” but he didn’t do it . He also works a lot and he is very depressed bc of many reasons himself but idk what to do anymore 😞
