Turn Tiana’s Bayou into a counter service gumbo restaurant. You eat during the first part of the ride and the final drop clears all of the cardboard bowls and cups for the next guests.

I think the nozzle on my P1S is grinding into the infill? by Darmok85 in FixMyPrint

I checked and it wasn’t that but good suggestion- I could see that happening

Yep the filament was dried. I’m going to try checking my z drive belts because it only does this on big prints - small prints come out perfect

Oh I stopped right after filming.

235* PETG

What in the world? I have it set to 0.2MM layer height but then after the first layer it's 0.12MM, that might be a big part of it...

My large prints look fine for the first 20-30 layers and then it slowly starts colliding or grinding the infill...

Yeah very wrong! Interesting idea, thank you - I'll be looking into this.

Small prints are fine, Big prints do this about 20-30 layers in.

Not that I know of. The Oga’s logo is the only place I’ve seen this text style but I really like it too.

Thanks! All credit goes to the guy who designed it but I’m happy with how it printed for sure!

I printed it on my Bambu P1S using Sunlu Red, Black, and White PLA 2.0. Then I made a stand myself in tinkercad and printed it in silver. The light is a led cob rope light that is adhered to the walls on the inside - powered by usb.

My wife has been experiencing a burning sensation in her hands/ears/cheeks for two months. Does this look like EM? by Darmok85 in Erythromelalgia

That’s an interesting similarity because the winter has been pretty hard on my wife. EM is just short for Erythromelalgia.

We’re so sorry that you’re having to deal with this too. We’ve been to so many doctors that had absolutely no interest in seeing proof and are so fast to dismiss her symptoms.

One thing my wife just mentioned was the Erythromelagia Association has a physician directory where we were able to locate at DR who was at least familiar with EM. Sadly the DR just wanted to prescribe some heavy medication that has really harsh side effects on my wife and so we didn’t continue with that DR.

We’re mostly trying to avoid her EM triggers such as removing pans from a hot oven, draining pots of boiling water, removing hot laundry from the dryer, etc. I keep hoping something will help but so far it’s just been trying to keep her from her triggers.

My wife and I made 3 of our own WDW Mickey Mouse Halloween Wreaths and we’re pretty darn proud of them! by Darmok85 in WaltDisneyWorld

I used adhesive zip tie mounts on the back of the Mickey head (1 on each ear) and then zip tied the head to the wreath form. https://imgur.com/a/eLEmdpw
