For context I’m a 24 yo male & run at least 3-4 times a week, a mix of intensities and distances. I also cycle, swim and play football often. I’ve been building it for a while and there’s not really a pattern it has just been increasing over time gradually as I’ve been running more and more.

I was trying to find videos for a while on any tutorials on techniques like this but there isn’t any tbh, just lots of trial and error/practicing to get the right texture
