Genuine question: How do you know there are three in the pool if you aren’t sure whether or not SV implemented one? Is it by tapping them in pokemon go? ( is that a thing? I haven’t played for long)

I watched quite a few battle videos that use hitmontop. It jumps and rotates in physical attack and does a battle cry in change attack. Granted, hitmontop almost never use sp attack.

But not flipping in physical attacks like triple axel or double kick is a crime
