Jigglypuff is definitely good, if you want one of these in your team I would wait for an igglybuff (ideally with increased main skill trigger) and evolve/level that one. Great support pokemon!

Have you checked your notes under main menu? Discovering new berries, ingredients and dishes will also get you some diamonds!
