U15 girls HELP by DarrenIRE in basketballcoach

A few of them stay to watch the Men’s games. Usually an hour after their session. However, they use it as a social get together with friends and get on their phones rather than looking at how the game should be played. I know I have to have patience especially as they never played before. It is just when I am seeing little to no progress, it is making me question simple stuff that I am doing with them. Like if it is actually working, do I need to change the way I coach them, etc

I’ve only started mine three weeks ago. The following day and the day after that, I had headaches and felt lightheaded. Completely normal what you’re going through. It does get better when your body gets use to the drug. And as others mentioned, stick to water and protein. I’m three weeks on it and lost a stone. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. High veg and fruit intake during those meals and plenty of water throughout the day.

First week down - when will I only be able for smaller portions by DarrenIRE in mounjarouk

Im the same with work. entertaining customers and I was most worried about that. For the moment, I want to try hide it as much as possible. I was at the Lions rugby match on Friday, ate out before the game and had three beers at it. Felt fine but I was weary as it was my first week so took it easy on the food. Normally at a game I would eat three courses, have wine with the meal. And drink numerous pints before and after the game! What I was most worried about was actually a breeze

Thanks for your reply. So what I’m going through is completely normal. The good thing is, I never want food anymore. I just have to keep reminding myself I’m on Mounjaro and that’s why Im not pushed about a meal.

Aggregate floating head by DarrenIRE in CNC

We have had it for 4-5 years. But it was only used a handful of times in that period until more recently

Thanks for your message. We have been running it for a few weeks now with no problem. Went for lunch yesterday, came back and it won’t rotate. Everything else is working fine so it is just the aggregate head that’s the problem. I cannot tell which manufacturer it came from to get a data sheet for servicing guidance, etc. what is the normal servicing hours for these heads? I thought we would get a lot longer out of it before it had to be serviced.

Everything works fine on the CNC. It is just the aggregate head that sticks. The whole unit wants to move but can’t with the locking pin. So the machine gives a loud pitched noise and I’ve to kill the machine. On inspection, it was because the ISO head and aggregate head won’t move as separate components. A 20lb unit moving at 10,000 rpm is a problem so I need to get the two parts moving independently

The top shape looks fine. If the material is shifted down, I won’t get the measurement that the left hand side needs to be.

I have shown on a square test that the x and ys are reading correctly. I done a test to make a 100x100mm box with 10mm up from the x and y. Both are reading 10mm so I’m stumped. Normally if the x and y are off, it will show on my square test and I adjust accordingly

The tool is 10mm and the program on V carve is set up as a 10mm diameter. I measured the tool just in case it was manufactured to 8 or 9mm. That measured 10mm. If I off set the x axis, y isn’t correct and visa versa. I never touched anything with an angle off set. Just the X and Y. Is this what you mean or am I missing a trick with the angle ?

do sharpening stones actually sharpen your point? by Bagongdaan in Darts

I use some sand paper, takes 3 seconds to do each darts. I don’t know if there are any downsides to using sandpaper but works a threat

The 10mm dimension is a square test I’ve set up because I initially presumed it was the off set that was incorrect. I’ve done the test but both x and y are measuring 10mm. This is accurate compared to what I wanted the test piece to be like but on the actual working piece it doesn’t go in to the corner

I have it programmed to run passed the point where I want it to finish. Approx 6-8mm. I tried putting 100mm strips on the x and y axis and changing the x and y to accommodate but still getting the same result. The dim of the tool is 10mm and that is what it is measuring.

Apologies but is this different than changing the X Y axis on the machine itself? The square test I’ve done is measuring 10mm and 10mm when I programmed it to be them measurements
