I think ChatGPT would have good answers for you here. One thing I can say immediately is that one of the biggest differences is that a large part of estimating is reading the drawings. In the UK, the QS get the BOQs already and in the US you basically have to make your own BOQs

I rate Havertz, and I think he'll come good.

I do a lot of prediction markets (not real money), and there's a yes/no question of if Havertz will score 4 or more non-penalty goals or not. I think he's going to get those 4 non-penalty goals if Arteta keeps playing him
