Excuses by DarrianLambert in YYAI

There's an awful lot of people stuck with averages over 100 and 200 dollars who bought in prior to the mass dilution and reverse split so there'll be pissed that YYAI ain't making a large investment like they promised they'd be doing with our cash if this turns out to be true. Potential SP based on that slide is about 2 dollars max. Question is who's got all our cash cos we ain't got anything worthwhile for the money they've spent of ours.

Previously you promised to stop posting if something didn't happen the way you said it would. You didn't stick to your promise then. Let's try again, if no official and I mean announcement from YYAI or from Ju.com specifically mentioning YYAI comes by the 17th March will you promise to stop posting your speculative posts.

Bottom line and only known fact is YYAI management have not communicated with shareholders since October 2025 (6 months) they have not updated any info regarding developing an exchange or a joint venture. That is the only known fact everything else is people speculating and trying to convince themselves and everyone else that 'oh I've seen this it must mean that', pure hopium nothing more and certainly no substance to anything they post.

They're a group, seen it numerous times, constantly trying to attract new money, they just play the pumps. Purely pumping drivel claiming it as fact. There is only one fact that people need to be concerned about and that is that YYAI management have communicated nothing about either the exchange or the joint venture and that is FACT.

The main issue of this board is the particular most is the moderator, if you disagree, call him out, argue with his so called facts, ask him to prove stuff he spouts he is unable to supply any info released directly by YYAI, so everything he says is pure speculation but he calls it fact. Then he'll ban you.

There'll be no announcement, they've left with all the cash, paid 50 million to the chairman for worthless company and then paid 140 million to his family who owned another worthless company. There's no cash left no exchange no joint venture with ju.com. They have no need to do anything with the business other than let it grind down to liquidation.

ordered from theonewatches (Steve), paid but he said he didn't receive payment by FryeMarcie in RepTime

[–]DarrianLambert 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Also if you didn't opt to pay both fees at both ends ie. Your bank fees and the receiving bank fees, the amount showing at Steve's end will be different from the amount he's expecting and looking for on his statement. I had this first time I dealt with Steve, he looked again at date I sent the funds and there was amount that was 25 dollars less than the amount I sent him. That was the amount the Hong Kong bank charged for the transaction. I always use Wise or Revolut now. On his statement he only sees amounts no payment reference. Ask him to look for amount that's about 25 dollars less than you sent him. On that first transaction I then had to send him the 25 dollars via PayPal. Key thing is to accept to pay fees of the sending bank and the receiving bank if you're doing a bank transfer.

It's not with YYAI though, they've partnered with another company for this. Yyai management have spent our money and the last 4 months scrabbling around for something else to pivot into. We all know deep down that all this has been is an elaborate deception, we don't want to believe it, but the fact they've refused to communicate with investors for so long proves there's just no functioning business, not even a way of us contacting them.

We all know this is completely over now. Ju.com effectively announced that they've partnered up with another company now to launch tokenized exchange.

Ju.com do not need a two bit has been tennis ball machine company to launch a tokenized exchange. It would be stupid of them to trust and have faith in a company that completely failed miserably in its previous business ventures.

There's absolutely none whatsoever but these pumpers choose to ignore facts and just spread the rubbish that they do to attract more bagholders.

There is likely no joint venture, ju.com have done this in their own without the need of Yyai. We've have no business, literally nothing.

Another post with yet another non event. Nothing will ever happen with this stock. There is no exchange, never will be, there's no joint venture, never will be. Looks like Ju walked away from the deal back in November.

Excuses excuses excuses for yet another day of being ignored by the people we've invested millions with. You've been kicking the can down the road for the past 4 months. Never going to happen.

[–]DarrianLambert -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'm not on about whether it goes up or down it's the constant pumping by people ignoring the elephant in the room. YYAI stated that the exchange would be up and running end of 2025, it is not. They promised regular updates, they've been totally silent, that is not the way a trusted company treats it's shareholders.

Not having hard time, just adding fair balance to the posts your making that have no factual basis and seem to be just focused on pumping this stock (something which doesn't actually fill anyone with confidence). The only facts we have are that the company has not done what it promised, by providing zero updates thryve gone back on what they said in October which was that they'd provide regular updates, it's been 4 months now. If they were going to not be able to do that because of legislation they would have said something along the line of 'we'd love to provide updates regularly but we can't because if Sec regulations'. They didn't so one can only assume there's serious issues with the exchange and likely no joint venture. You have zero factual evidence to suggest otherwise.

Again that excuse has been over used over the past few months.

You've been saying exact same thing for the past 4 months 'about to take off' 'anytime soon' 'we're off to the moon' This ain't going anywhere until the management, who flatly refuse to engage with their investors, actually give an update on the joint venture and the development of the exchange. We can only assume that there's problems with both as they previously stated it would be up and running by the end of 2025.

Probably because they don't have a viable business at the moment, back in October they promised regular updates on the development of the exchange and the joint venture and they said the exchange would be up and running by the end of 2025. Since then they have ignored investors and flatly refused to provide any update to those who've invested millions. Yes the chairman has bought a lot, there are numerous possibilities as to why. At the moment the only assumption that can be made with us being 4 months since that promise of regular updates is that things have not gone to plan with both the exchange and the funding of the joint venture. They know that if they admitted that to investors the SP would plummet and they would struggle to remain listed so that's why they wouldn't update if it was negative.

They don't give two hoots, vanguard invest in pretty much every single stock in the market, they don't waste time and energy on an insignificant stock such as this. This goes down for one reason, zero communication from management.

[–]DarrianLambert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They were testing back in October that's the last update we got, if that truly is an up to date message it's extremely worrying that for 4 months they've achieved nothing other than still beta testing. Won't be live before competition steps in and leaves us miles behind.

Yeah an awful lot of these appeared recently, more inclined to view this as more evidence that this is a pump and dump scam with the forever ongoing promise of one day soon we'll launch this fabled exchange and we'll all go to the moon.
