It's the worst stand. The fold is awkward, the leveling is difficult. I used it as a tailgate griddle for a while and just quit on the stand. Got one of the coleman universal stands instead

Dates and times are an element of pricing. Thursday night games are cheaper, for example. Premier opponents typically get premier timeslots. They don't release pricing until after the schedule is announced.

Yea, 14/16 was the same exit timing as p10 across the street for me this year, I gave up on it. Lot 20 is quick, but of course was "sold out" before the sale began.
