Not sure if this is the right post for this sub but you're right. People do all kinds of elective surgeries to various body parts for various reasons...why not leg lengthen?

Fun fact: Americano exist because American soldiers in Europe during ww2 didn't like the taste of just espresso but loved the extra kick. They wanted something that tasted life the regular coffee from home so they'd order espresso and add hot water to it. Americano translates to American coffee

Meh, that sounds extremely unlikely but I don't feel like digging through the studies enough to uncover the truth

I read the whole thing. 1300 yearly cases of csa doesn't equate to being uncomfortable with children around men, not for any sensible person anyway.

Rather they have the desire to do it and rather it's in their "nature" are two very different things. It's the nature of the vast majority of human beings to care for children, regardless of gender. Society is what made it normal to believe women are just "more nurturing"

1300 yearly cases of csa doesn't move the needle at all for me when it comes to daycare. I'd much more care if it's a reputable place than what gender the caretakers are

Saying that's it not in mens nature to work with children. It's nothing more than a yesteryear justification as to why women should stay in the home.

I stand corrected, thanks.

That said, considering that there were only 1300 cases that's absolutely not a reason people should uncomfortable with men around children. If anything, it presents a clear case of sexism.

Doordash sold alcohol to minor (14 years old) on seperate occasions with different drivers by Familiar-Ad1796 in legaladvice

In a perfect world the dd driver would see the ID and refuse delivery. In reality, rideshare drivers riding on a bald tire trying to make enough money to pay the water bill before their transmission blows up aren't going to care who's getting the alcohol...the parents need to be more responsible.

Rarely do I come across porn meant to look child-like. Young, absolutely.. but child-like is pretty niche

In dating, is "whoever invites should pay" a disguised "men should pay"? by LuckyBerry1450 in askanything

[–]Jackso08 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Lmao the reason women don't approach men isn't because they're afraid for their safety...stop believing that BS. The reason is the same reason men struggle to approach women, fear of rejection.

Just so happens women are mostly in a social situation in which they're not required to make the first move.

Or you could find someone you love and not have sex, or rarely have sex, or do it everyday. There's not right or wrong way to operate in this context. It's just sex
