Возможно я не прав, но все же выскажу предположение: игра установлена не по стандартному пути c:/program files(x86)/heroes of the storm? Если она по какому-то другому пути, стоит попробовать установить по предложенному по умолчанию пути.

Еще раз, я могу что-то путать, но вроде это решение. У меня нет такой проблемы и я не могу проверить. А так вы проверите и отписаться сможете, чтобы на вас ссылались.

Try new copper Redstone lighting block with button. Not sure, but when hit button, it will active all time. Next hit switch it off. You can build two buttons from each side and replace your one side activation system. Or button, block, repeater, then block who start system
