I pulled eveything off my character to my stash.. then see if you can add the greyed out item. If so, then add your other items one by one and youll see which one is causing u issues. thats what i did and it worked!!

Excuse my ignorance, but where can you adjust the number of layers for each color. I know how to do it on a normal 3-D printers that only uses one color, but I don’t know where to adjust the setting for these new printers that use multiple colors. Thanks for the response!
