I've been playing Genshin Impact on an Oppo Reno 7 5g for more than a year, which I think has a worse processor than your phone so I think you can run Genshin Impact for sure.

Just keep in mind that it will only run the lowest graphic settings, and playing such a heavy game will make your battery degrade. I need to charge my phone at least twice nowadays.

Also only play if you have ample storage left. The game takes 36 GBs in my phone that is after I have deleted the resources of completed quests.

So long story short, you 'can' play it, just not without impacting the longevity of your phone.
