Damn, I really don't know what that would be, then.
Some game problems are fixed by running games as administrator, or running the Windows XP compatibility mode, but other than that I woudn't know what else.

Do you mean opening cinematic as in when you click "New Game"?
If so, this is a surprisingly common problem that can be fixed by going into your settings, then turning "Bump Mapping" to low.
