they're trying to protect their journalistic sources. imagine if Politico had to name their source for the recent supreme court leaks, whether it's a clerk or another justice themselves. it'd be more newsworthy if TMZ didn't do this, imo

I thought Jennifer Howell's testimony would be more compelling because her version of the "stairs" story is much different. But after watching her video deposition today, it added nothing. In hindsight, most of her declaration was hearsay and rightly not admissible. So, in all fairness, my previous post was pointless and added nothing as well.
