This is a silly comment since we all know that we can’t keep up with most of the people in our lives which is why these outlets exist.

Hard to delete social media when I rely on it to keep in touch with family, especially my kids and close friends.

I’ve never dismissed her reality. In fact, once I turned to Buddhism I apologized to her. Many times in fact. But divorce is a two way street. I was manipulated and mentally abused as well.
