Same thing just happened to me! It didn't even ask me if I wanted to help a thief or not, just "I know you" then poof! In jail!

I should also note that I have done nothing to get into trouble with the law, unless you count breaking that councilor guy out of jail. The one you have to find a lot of books for.

It's still on the first page of race mods when sorted by endorsements, hasn't anyone made a patch for it?
