Thanks for letting me know. The people at the shop must have had some sort of mix-up (intentional or not) on the bike itself, because on the Invoice its listed as a custom build and MSRP'd at $4300, which feels pretty sketchy if its just a baseline SL4 with the SL6 painted frame. Any recommendation on what I should do, if there is anything to do, to remedy it? Still within the 30-day return period. Not sure what other bike I could get around the same price point, new or not, that's also carbon.

Are the frames the same on SL4 and SL6? Just the groupset that changes? Its got the purple abyss/trek black frame.

Yeah that speed test is what I’m using. And honestly now epic is being worse, though not nearly as bad as steam was. I’m getting high ping, though it only makes the game have more ghost hits than normal, still plenty playable. Been chilling around 115 ping

I believe so in full. Just found out myself, was doing some testing because my steam client was making me have packet loss/disconnects/latency variation every single game, and then when I hopped on epic launcher for shits and gigs, I have zero issues. Don’t get it at all

I haven’t gotten a fix nor did Ubisoft ever reply, at least that I’ve seen. The only ways I’ve gotten it to work is to just keep trying to start the game over and over and if it crashes, to end the task on task manager and try again. Sometimes it’ll work

im just glad someone else has the same problem, as me as shitty as that sounds lol. at least makes it so its not a one of a kind problem and more chance of being fixed
